Grade 2 listed building damp investigation, finding out why the building has damp issues. Well old buildings normally have old drains, that can have a few defects. Old drains and damp go hand in hand on these solid wall traditional buildings, and it is very important that a CCTV drain survey is carried out. In this instance I located 4 x stone drainage culverts that are draining off to an old soakaway. These culverts are nearly 200 years old and have never been previously inspected before with a CCTV camera.
