This is the type of survey I offer to give my client the correct damp diagnosis, and from there a specification of repair can be given. This isn’t the sort of survey that is free, but it does offer great value as it will find the root cause. This methodology was produced by RICS, SPAB, and the PCA Property Care Association, amongst others, and is really best practice.
